Buy Barrell Craft Spirit Bourbon, bottled in bond (100% corn, aged 4 years), our first product is a Bourbon Whiskey. In the Spring of 2018, we released about 200 bottles of our first run of Barrell Craft Spirits Bourbon Whiskey Batch.

Barrell Craft Spirit Bourbon Whiskey’s buttery notes of sweetness have rich citrus, nutty vanilla bean, and charred oak. Barrell Craft Spirits Wildflower Bourbon is a blend of 7, 8, and 9-year-old. Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskeys are made from corn, rye, and malted barley.

Barrell Craft Spirits creates great bourbons using ingredients found across the country. Their large stock of high-quality casks allows them to create exceptional blends that accentuate the nuances of each component while always adding up to more than the sum of their parts.

They’re innovative when it comes to blending, but traditionalists when it comes to bourbon’s essence. They never use color, flavoring, or water. Instead, we offer all of their limited-edition bourbons completely raw, without chill-filtration, and at barrel strength in order to reproduce the unique sensation of drinking directly from the cask.

Properties & Taste

Small batch, 4 to 6year old high-rye straight bourbon whiskey. It was produced from a mash bill with 80% corn, 12% rye, and 8% malted barley, and aged in new charred oak barrels.

Barrell Craft Spirit Bourbon aged for five years, with a mash bill of wheat and New York corn, barley, and rye. The nose is syrup of figs, pear, and vanilla with a faint hint of cocoa.

A medley of roses and subtle baking spices on the tongue. A finish of citrus and oak from the former rye whiskey barrels mellowed by the new American Oak gives this bourbon its unique character.

A pure pot still whiskey aged in both new charred American oak and former bourbon barrels. It carries an aroma of honeyed corn and vanilla, rich maple and toffee, pepper, and clove.
